Hilton Canopy (975 7th St SW, Washington, DC 20024) and Hyatt House (725 Wharf St SW, Washington, DC 20024) both have hotels right at the wharf! Both are equal walking distance to the venue. If you mention the Marshall Party when booking, they MAY be able to provide you with a discounted rate.
