Guests traveling from Newark Liberty International Airport or Philadelphia International Airport to Long Beach Island (LBI) have several transportation options. Rental cars are available at both airports and offer flexibility for travel and getting around the island. Taxis and rideshare services (Uber/Lyft) provide the most direct route, though costs may be higher, particularly during peak travel times. Bus and public transit options are limited and may require multiple transfers and significantly longer travel times; seasonal bus routes operated by OurBus are available from the city of Newark to LBI. There are no direct public transit routes from Philadelphia International Airport to LBI, and travel from the city of Philadelphia requires multiple connections.
