Question
When & where should I RSVP?
Answer
We ask that you RSVP by March 28th. You can simply go to the RSVP tab on this website, and do it that way, or you can call or text me, Lexi, at (316)-765-4257. It's important to our vendors to have a final guest count, so don't be alarmed if I shoot you a text or email if I see you haven't responded by March 28th!

What if I am unable to make it?
Answer
No worries! If you cannot make it, please still RSVP and select “not attending”. If something comes up and you need to change your RSVP, just reach out and let us know so we can plan accordingly!

Can I bring a guest/date?
Answer
Due to very limited space at our venue, we’ve had to make some tough decisions, and unfortunately, we’re not able to offer a plus-one for every guest. If you do receive a plus-one, your guest's name will appear along with your name when you RSVP through this website. We’re really sad we can’t include everyone so thank you for understanding! If you have any questions and want to know more about your plus ones, send me a text at 316-765-4257

What should I wear?
Answer
We want you to feel comfortable and confident, so wear whatever makes you feel your best! That said, our ceremony will take place in our church, so we do ask that you dress respectfully and nicely for that setting. If you're feeling festive, warm and summery colors like pinks, yellows, and oranges are more than welcome—they’ll fit in beautifully with the vibe of our wedding party and the theme of our whole day! But just to be clear - there is no dress code!! :)

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
We suggest arriving 10-20 minutes before the ceremony! This will allow you plenty of time to park, sign our guest book, chat, and be seated!

What should I do after the ceremony?
Answer
Head to straight to Prairie Hill Vineyard for drinks and snacks during our cocktail hour. During this time, feel free to respectfully explore the property - it is beautiful! Prepare to head inside for dinner around 5:15.

Is the party indoors or outdoors?
Answer
We will be having a cocktail hour in between the ceremony and dinner which will be held outdoors underneath a tent! With our wedding being in early May and the unpredictability of Kansas weather, that could definitely change! For now, plan on spending a few hours outside - from 3:15-5:15. If the outdoors aren't your vibe, no worries, the indoor space will still be open during the cocktail hour. Drinks will be accessible at two bars, one outside and one inside.

Will there be an open bar?
Answer
Yes! We have a full bar that includes well liquor, our 2 signature drinks, beer, Truly seltzers, and wine. Drinks will be served from 3:30 PM to 10:30 PM by licensed bartenders. They let us know that they will be checking IDs and refusing service to anyone they believe is unsafe to serve—so please plan accordingly!! :) Additionally, no outside alcohol is allowed at our venue. If they happen to notice it, they let us know that they will shut the bar down! So again, please plan accordingly!! :)

What will be served for dinner?
Answer
We will be having sautéed chicken and beef tips with mashed potatoes and corn from Corporate Caterers! We'll also have a kids menu that will include chicken tenders, mini corn dogs, and mac and cheese from Corporate Caterers as well!

Where are we registered?
Answer
We are registered at multiple places! The registry tab on this website has combined each store's items onto one convenient page! When you select an item from this tab, it will send you through a link where you can purchase the item through each individual store!
