We met while working together at Egg Harbor Cafe in downtown Naperville. Kyle as a bus boy and I as a server, we spent many early mornings together getting the restaruant ready and many afternoons complaining about our jobs. Misery loves company. After a few years of friendship and not thinking much beyond that, Kyle asked me out to dinner. Though I constantly told friends and family that we were "just hanging out" and "just friends", Kyle persisted. He even took me to the incredible Signature Room atop the Hancock building in downtown Chicago on our third date (where we got engaged a short 3 1/2 years later). Since then, we've never been apart. Now, with five years together, four cities, three Chicago apartments, two dogs and one wedding, we're ready for the rest of our lives together. Wish us luck!
