FAQs

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please ensure all RSVP's are in by Friday, January 31st.

Question

Where will the wedding take place?

Answer

The ceremony will take place at Wequassett Resort & Golf Club on the Grand Lawn at 4:30pm ET. The cocktail hour and reception will follow onsite at the Garden Terrace.

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code for the evening is formal. Ladies, think long dresses, and gentlemen, a suit or trousers with a button-down shirt. We encourage you to get creative—bring your best formal look with a coastal twist. There’s no such thing as overdressing!

Question

What time should I arrive at the venue?

Answer

The ceremony will take place at 4:30pm ET sharp. Please plan to arrive at the venue around 4:00pm ET and proceed to the Grand Lawn.

Question

Where do I park when I arrive at the venue?

Answer

Free parking will be available for wedding guests upon arrival at the venue.

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Unfortunately, we have a strict guest list due to venue capacity. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on the wedding invitation.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only event so that caretakers can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.

Question

When should I book my accommodations?

Answer

Summer on Cape Cod is a very popular time of year. We recommend booking your accommodations between 6-12 months in advance.

Question

Do you have a hotel block for guests?

Answer

Please reach out should you wish to stay onsite at Wequassett Resort & Golf Club. There is also a room block at Ocean Edge Resort & Golf Club where Welcome Drinks is taking place. For additional lodging options, please visit our Accommodations page.

Question

Do you have any recommendations for where to eat, points of interest or things to do?

Answer

Yes! We recommend visiting the Things to Do page above, where we’ve compiled all of our favorite local hot spots and fun things to do in the area before or after the wedding.

Question

Will there be food and drinks during cocktail hour?

Answer

After the wedding ceremony, we will have a traditional Cape Cod raw bar and light passed hors d’oeuvres accompanied by an open bar. We invite you to toast to our wedding with a curated selection of wine and beer on us.

Question

Will dinner be served at the reception? What kind of food?

Answer

We will be providing a plated dinner for all guests. There be vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free diet options as well.

Question

Will alcohol be served?

Answer

Absolutely! An open bar featuring a selection of beer, wine, and spirits will be available throughout the celebration. We kindly recommend bringing cash to tip the bartenders.

Question

Can I take photos?

Answer

We have hired two professional photographers to capture the day. We ask that the ceremony is a cell phone/camera free environment. Following the ceremony, please feel free to snap away!

Question

Will there be an after party following the reception?

Answer

The reception will officially conclude at 10:00 PM ET, but the celebration doesn’t have to end there! We invite all our guests to stay for an onsite after-party until midnight, featuring late-night snacks and an open bar.

Question

Is there any plans for Saturday, June 7th?

Answer

We have planned an optional beach day to continue the celebration on Saturday, June 7th. Following the beach day, we plan to have a night out at the Chatham Squire. We encourage everyone to join in to continue the celebration!

Question

Is there a preferred way to give a gift for the bridal shower or wedding?

Answer

Your presence at our wedding is truly the best gift we could ask for, but we deeply appreciate your generosity! If you plan to attend the bridal shower, you're welcome to bring your gift unwrapped and place it on the gift table. If you're unable to attend or would prefer to send the gift directly, it can be shipped to: 406 Granite Street, Apartment 2, Quincy, MA 02169.

Question

I am writing a check. Who should I make it out to?

Answer

Thank you for your generosity! Since the bride and groom have different last names and any name changes will take place after the wedding, please make all checks out to either Alexandria Richards or Joseph Fallon.

Question

I still have questions. What is the best way to get in touch?

Answer

Please reach out to 617-913-7235 for any additional questions.
