Jon and I met on a blind date set up by his mom and his guy friends in May 2020. His mom was my boss at my college job at the Harding Bookstore my junior and senior year. She had mentioned a few times how she really wanted me to meet her son, however Jon was always traveling for work and I never got the chance to meet him during my time in college. His friends and mom got my number so Jon could reach out to me and ask me on a date. Our first date was at The Old Mill park in North Little Rock during peak Covid season where nothing but fast food lines were open. As we continued to spend more time together, we realized that we always wanted to be around each other. Things were so easy with him and the love was there from the second I met him! Fast forward 10months after the snow-pocalypse this past February 2021... Jon took me back to The Old Mill Park and this time got down on one knee! The rest is history and now it’s the exciting wedding planning season to start this incredible journey by one another's side.
