DO I HAVE TO STAY AT THE FINEST RESORT?

Answer

To participate in all of the wedding-related activities, you must stay at Finest Playa Mujeres, per resort policy.

WHEN SHOULD WE BOOK?

Answer

Though we have a promo code for a group rate, we do not have a room block. Booking is from live inventory, so book your room as soon as possible to ensure you get the room and dates that you want. This resort sells out very quickly. The booking window is now through August 15, 2025 and the group rate travel dates are from October 15-22, 2025.

ARE CHILDREN ALLOWED?

Answer

YES! The resort is family friendly and children under 13 are at discounted rate. Eadie will be there to celebrate and she'd love to hang with your kiddos! There are also adults only areas and rooms.

WHAT ROOM OPTIONS DO I HAVE?

Answer

The resort offers many different suite types, including swim-up suites, family suites, and luxury hotel suites with private pools, even on the roof. In addition to all regular room types, the resort also provides 2 upgraded CLUB LEVEL categories: Finest Club Suites: include access to a private bar, pool area, private beach area, and personalized concierge service. Finest Club level access is available for all ages. Excellence Club Suites: the Excellence Club guests are treated to an array of adults only areas like private pools, beach areas, restaurants, and lounges, just for ages 18 and up. Excellence Club areas are ADULT ONLY. If you would still like Club Level access but have children, please book a Finest Club level room. If booked in a Finest Club level room and are over 18, you will have access to the same adult areas (restaurant, pool, lounge, beachside, etc...) that Excellence Club level has to offer. If you have questions or are not sure what room to choose text/call Lexi or Jay for advice, as we have visited the resort multiple times and are happy to help!

WHAT'S INCLUDED?

Answer

Your stay encompasses all meals, snacks, beverages (including alcoholic drinks), 12 restaurants, a food truck, a coffee/dessert bar, 16 bars/lounges, room service, and various activities, from shows and live music to gym access, paddle boarding, kayaking, and even Spanish classes. For the kids, it includes a water park, kids club, and special kids entertainment. Your round-trip airport transfer is also included in your stay, as long as you book 3-nights or more.

What's not included?

Answer

Flights, excursions, spa treatments and motorized water sports (e.g., jet skis and boating) are not included. While gratuities are included, we encourage you to pack some small bills ($1s and $5s) to tip staff during your stay. They work incredibly hard and are very appreciative!
