Let's Gooooo!

Isaac and Lexi first met while attending a college ministry together in their hometown. Some of their mutual friends introduced them, but the two didn't truly become friends until they transferred up to Penn State main campus at the same time. They walked their class schedules together, sat on park benches for hours and talked, and hung out throughout the year. But neither of them realized their relationship had turned into something more until fall 2020. A spontaneous trip to McDonald's on his motorcycle was all it took for them to admit they liked each other. After dating for a little over a year, Isaac proposed at the arboretum!

Lexi's dream was to get engaged at the arboretum, which made it almost impossible for Isaac to surprise her with the proposal. But somehow he still did. After months of planning and a little bit of stressing about the ring's arrival time, Isaac drove up to State College at 6 a.m. Four hours before Lexi was heading up that day. Calling on her family for help, Isaac created a scavenger hunt of their past dates in State College, ending at the arboretum, where he got down on one knee and proposed. It was the sweetest proposal :)
