Comfort Inn & Suites Watertown - 1000 Islands

We have a hotel block booked at Comfort Inn & Suites for 7/9 & 7/10. The hotel’s standard check-in time is 4:00 PM, which is the same time our ceremony begins. To avoid any delays, we recommend calling the hotel ahead of time to request early check-in. If your room is not ready upon arrival, the hotel is happy to store your luggage so you can attend the ceremony and check in afterward. Please plan accordingly so you can join us on time—we can’t wait to celebrate with you! Reservations can be made directly by calling at (315) 782-2700 or booking through the link https://www.choicehotels.com/reservations/groups/KV22N4. Travelers need to identify themselves as part of DelBalso/Flack Wedding to ensure they receive the negotiated group discount. Reservations must be made before the cut-off date of 6/9/26 to receive the discount.

Shuttle

Hale Transportation

July 10, 2026 3:15 pm - 11:00 pm

The shuttle will be leaving from our hotel block at Comfort Inn promptly at 3:15 pm to make it to the venue prior to the 4 pm ceremony. Again, note that hotel check in begins at 4 pm (please call to inquire about early check in) but transportation will leave before this time. Update: there is a road detour near the venue that will affect travel. Shuttle will still leave at 3:15 pm and we will plan to start the ceremony a couple minutes after 4 pm to ensure all guests have arrived. The shuttle will make two trips to pick guests up from the wedding at 9:30 pm and 11 pm and return to Comfort Inn. On the RSVP page, please ensure to answer the question "Will you utilize the shuttle service?" to ensure all guests are accounted for. Thank you!

Airbnb

Rather than staying the night in a hotel, Airbnb is a great option for accommodations. There are many cute and cozy homes to rent in the area, even some with a beautiful view of the St. Lawrence River!

Syracuse Hancock International Airport

The closest airport to our venue is Syracuse Hancock International Airport. The drive is a little less than 1.5 hours from the airport to our venue and about 1 hour to our hotel block. We recommend using Google Flights to find the best deal on your flight!
