Wedding: Mountain Cocktail Attire -Men: Suit Jacket or Sport Coat appreciated. -Women: Midi / high-low / floor-length colorful cocktail dresses. -Hats and boots encouraged for men and women! If weather permits, the ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outside. Please check the weather and dress accordingly! Please note, the ceremony will take place on grass.
Our ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outdoors, while the reception will be indoors. However, there is an upstairs and downstairs outdoor patio space that will be available for guests to utilize throughout the night. While we are hoping for beautiful weather, summertime in the mountains can be a bit unpredictable. We encourage you to check the weather leading up to the wedding weekend and dress accordingly.
Yes, we will be providing transportation for our guests. There will be 2 large charter buses that will pick up from our hotel block at the AC Hotel Downtown. Both buses will be leaving at 3:45pm so please arrive a few minutes early if you plan on using the shuttle service. For those guests who wish to drive themselves, there is a large parking lot located at the venue. The venue is a 15-20 minute drive from Main Street. We anticipate a fun night of celebrating, so if needed you have the option to leave your car at the venue overnight and pick it up by 8am the next morning.
We understand that many of our guests had to take time off / plan far in advance to travel for our wedding weekend and we want you to enjoy your time in Bozeman however you see fit! Please visit our travel page for recommendations on things to do while in town. The only group event will be the welcome party, which will take place on Friday, June 26th, the night before the wedding. It will be located at the Benchmark restaurant on the rooftop of the AC Hotel in Downtown. This will be a come and go style event and while it is not required, we would love to see everyone there!
Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate plus-ones beyond those named on the invitation. If you received a plus one, their name will appear under your name when you RSVP. While we love all of your little ones, we politely request no children attend the ceremony or reception. Thank you in advance for your understanding.
We kindly ask that you do not bring any alcohol to the venue. We will have a full open bar for available for all of our guests to enjoy!
