Dress Code

Answer

As our wedding will take place on Halloween, the dress code will be formal/semi-formal Halloween-themed attire! We ask that you please come dressed in your finest and spookiest garb. Ghoulish makeup is highly encouraged! If you’re unsure what to wear, any black semi-formal outfit will do! I have included ideas and examples of appropriate costumes and Halloween Wedding-themed attire in the Gallery section of this website. We politely ask that you refrain from coming dressed up as a bride or groom! Please call or text Lexi if you have any questions about your choice of outfit for the evening.

Due to the recent flooding in WNC, our wedding will no longer take place in Weaverville at Junebugs Retro Resort. It will now be held at the Moss Valley Venue, also known as Bloemsma Barn, in Franklin, NC at 1145 Patton Rd. https://m.facebook.com/mossvalleyvenue/

As the location of our wedding has changed, so have the accommodations! Are the kids invited?

We have decided for safety reasons that our wedding will be an adults-only affair. As an exception, nursing mothers with infants young enough to be carried all evening are welcome.

Please RSVP no later than OCTOBER 1st by using the RSVP section on the website. If you know you won’t be able to attend the wedding festivities, please let us know as soon as possible to help us prepare for our big day.

Gift Registry

Answer

Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift you could give us. No gifts are expected, but if you’d like, a contribution towards our honeymoon fund would be truly appreciated. There is a small credit card fee associated with our registry, so if that’s something you’d like to avoid, there will be a table set up at our wedding where guests can leave cards/gifts.
