3:30–4:00 PM — Post-Ceremony Exit / Transition Time
Reception
4:00–5:00 PM — Social Hour
5:15–5:30 PM — Grand Entrance & First Dance
5:30–6:15 PM — Dinner Service
6:35–6:50 PM — Special Dances
Parent dances (father–daughter, mother–son)
6:50–7:45 PM — Open Dancing
7:45–8:00 PM — Cake Cutting & Dessert
8:00–9:00 PM — More Dancing / Open Floor / End of Reception
