The Wedding of Lexi DeGreef & Chase Nelson

Our Story & Engagement Photos

Chase and Lexi met on December 31, 2021 (New Years Eve!) on a night out, at Whiskey Row, in downtown Gilbert. The photo above was their first picture together, taken that night, with Lexi’s Maid of Honor, Megan. 

Lexi was out with her friends and Chase was with his brother and sister in law celebrating NYE. Long story short, they ran into each other on the dance floor when a girl basically bumped them right into each other.

Their first date was the following day at Buffalo Wild Wings to watch a football game. 

Chase proposed to Lexi on March 25, 2023 while they were on a trip to Sedona. Chase got down on one knee while walking through beautiful scenery with a photographer to capture the special moments seen below 🤍
