Semi-Formal: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, as well as suits and cocktail dresses.
Our ceremony will be held outdoors on the back lawn of The War Memorial. The cocktail hour will take place indoors, with the option to go out onto the patio. The reception will be held indoors in the Crystal Ballroom.
While we adore your little ones, we politely request no children as our wedding is adults only. Thank you for understanding!
Due to limited venue space, we are unable to accommodate plus-ones beyond those named on the invitation.
We will be having an unplugged ceremony. We kindly ask that you refrain from taking photos or videos during the ceremony. Our photographer and videographer will be capturing all the special moments which we will be happy to share with you later on.
Yes! There is a parking lot located in the front of The War Memorial for you to park.

Yes! We have a room block reserved at The Doubletree Suites by Hilton Hotel Detroit Downtown - Fort Shelby. Hotel rooms must be booked by April 22 in order to receive the discounted rate. Yes! Our ceremony, cocktail hour and reception will all take place at The War Memorial.
No. We recommend using ride-share services like Uber or Lyft to travel from The War Memorial to the hotel. We also encourage you to coordinate carpooling with other guests.
