Are kids allowed?

Answer

As much as we adore your little ones, we have opted to make our wedding an adult-only event, with the exception of children in the wedding party and a few special accommodations. We hope you see this as the perfect reason to enjoy a night out and leave the kids at home with a trusted babysitter. We appreciate your understanding and cannot wait to celebrate with you.

Garden-Themed Attire We would love for you to join us in garden-inspired cocktail attire—think soft pastels, vibrant florals, and joyful colors. Please dress comfortably as the ceremony is outdoors. We can't wait to share this special moment with you!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Parking is available on both sides of the Watch Tower Lodge. If you plan on drinking, please be responsible and leave your car at home or the hotel. Consider taking an Uber to the venue to ensure everyone's safety. Your well-being is important to us, as you are all some of our favorite people.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes! We have a block of rooms reserved at The Wyndham on John Deere Commons. We have a special group rate available on June 6th & 7th. The link below will work up until the room release date of May 5th. After that date attendees need to contact the hotel directly at 309.764.1000 Ext #3 to make a reservation. Group rates are not guaranteed after the room release date. Please visit the travel tab for the link to book the hotel online.

Yes, we should have options for those who need GF. We will be serving fajitas along with other Mexican cuisine. We will also have a GF dessert option.

What should I know about the bar at the wedding? Our families are providing a selection of wine and beer for all guests to enjoy—there will be no cash bar. While drinks are covered, our bartenders are working hard to keep the celebration going, so please consider tipping them as a thank-you!
