Lexi & Caio met June 2024 through co-workers at a recording studio in NYC. They were simply work connections until Lexi "reacted" to an IG story of him playing piano, accidentally opening a conversation with him. Lexi was so embarrassed & thought he'd shrug it off, but instead, he super kindly started their first conversation. They quickly realized they had their faith, music careers, goals, personalities, tastes in music, and even languages in common & became besties. They talked every day for seven months about everything–from the little parts of their days to the big picture. Caio was saving up to fly across the world when he got rear-ended and lost the whole budget on car repair. They continued praying for an opportunity, & Caio literally got a job offer with the exact amount he needed! Lexi picked him up from LAX the night of 12/25/24–best Christmas present ever! The rest is history–they've been doing international long-distance ever since, & are so excited to finally be married!
