What about COVID-19?

Answer

We are excited to finally celebrate with our friends and family in person. However, the health and safety of our guests are our top priorities. Right now, we are requiring that our guests be either fully vaccinated or receive a negative COVID-19 test within 72 hours of the wedding. We will continue to monitor the evolving nature of this global health crisis and make adjustments as necessary.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Cocktail attire, please! The ceremony and reception will both be outside in a grassy area, so please dress accordingly.

Where can I park? Is transportation provided?

Answer

There is plenty of parking at the venue if you choose to drive. Cars can also be left overnight and retrieved the following day if necessary. However, free transportation will be provided for all guests that would like to use it. The shuttle will pick up and drop off at the Hilton in downtown Knoxville. Please see the schedule page for additional transportation details.

Can I Uber/Lyft to and from the ceremony?

Answer

Although you might be able to find a rideshare to the venue it will be rather difficult to get a rideshare back to where ever you may be staying as the venue is in a somewhat remote area. It is recommended that if you prefer to utilize a rideshare in lieu of driving that you do so to the shuttle pick up and drop off point located at the Hilton in downtown Knoxville.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We prefer you are present in the moment with us and put your cell phones and cameras away. We promise to share all the photos and videos of our ceremony from our outstanding photographer and videographer. During the reception, please take all the photos, videos, and boomerangs you want!

Yes! Please use #takeajantzonlove when posting to social media so we can keep track of all your photos!

Will food and drinks be served at the reception? What kind of food?

Answer

Yes! There will be a cocktail hour immediately after the ceremony with light snacks and drinks. Dinner will be catered by Knoxville's famous Sweet P's Barbecue and will include beer and wine from a few of our favorite local spots.

Will there be vegetarian options?

Answer

Of course! There will be BBQ tofu available for our vegetarian friends and family.

Are kids invited?

Answer

As much as we love your children, this will be an adult (18 and older) only celebration. We hope this will allow you a much-deserved night off!
