What is the dress code?

Our wedding calls for a coastal semi- formal style that captures the relaxed yet elegant spirit of our celebration. Ladies, we suggest breezy midi or maxi dresses, or chic jumpsuits. Gentlemen can opt for lightweight linen suits or blazers, paired with crisp button-downs or playful Hawaiian shirts. Complete the look with chinos or linen pants. We kindly request guests embrace the coastal vibe with pastel tones, vibrant colors, or tropical prints that complement our seaside setting.

Are kids welcome?

While we cherish your little ones, we've chosen to host an adults-only celebration to ensure all our guests can fully unwind and enjoy the evening without distraction.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

We've reserved a dedicated lot for our guests. Parking is available at Pensacola Big Game Fishing Club, just a 2-minute walk directly next door to our venue. Please note that all vehicles must be removed by 8am the following morning to avoid towing. The parking lot address is 10413 Gulf Beach Highway, Pensacola, FL 32507

Can I bring a plus one?

To ensure we can create an intimate and meaningful celebration, we kindly request that only the guests specifically named on your invitation attend. We appreciate your understanding as we carefully plan our special day.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that our guests be fully present during the ceremony and refrain from taking photos. Our professional photographers will beautifully capture every special moment, allowing you to immerse yourself in the celebration and create lasting memories.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We recommend arriving at 3:15 PM, giving you ample time to enjoy a pre-ceremony drink, greet fellow guests, and comfortably find your seat before our wedding ceremony begins at 3:30 PM.

Will there be alcohol?

Answer

Yes, we'll be serving alcohol throughout the celebration. You can look forward to beer, wine, seltzers, and specialty cocktails. Cheers!

Do you have a hotel block for guests?

Answer

We did not block out rooms, so feel free to book a room where you feel most comfortable.
