Austin-Bergstrom International Airport is definitely the best airport to fly into if you are traveling from out-of-state. Your hotel or AirBNB will most likely be less than a 20 minute drive from the airport.

Getting Around Austin

This is best left up to personal preference. If you plan on staying downtown or within a 10 mile radius of downtown, we recommend using a rideshare service (such as Lyft, RideAustin, or Uber) to easily get around town and not have to worry about parking. If you are staying outside of the city or at an AirBNB in the suburbs, you can rent a car at the airport for more freedom getting around town.
