FAQs

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

For Friday night's Welcome Party, the dress code is casual (jeans, casual dresses are great options!). Weather permitting, we will be outdoors, so please plan accordingly. We'd love to see our friends and family dressed up for our big day. The dress code for Saturday's ceremony and reception is black tie optional. Ladies can wear floor-length, tea-length, or midi formal dresses. Gentlemen are recommended to wear tuxes or dark suits and tie.

Question

Will the wedding events be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Friday night's Welcome Party will be outdoors on the lawn area of E.R. Bradley's. Saturday's ceremony and dinner/dancing will be inside, however, cocktail hour before dinner will be outside on the lawn of the Sailfish Club (all weather permitting!). If rain is expected, we'll shift all events indoors.

Question

How should we spend the time between the ceremony and reception?

Answer

We recommend grabbing a drink at the Ben rooftop, the Breakers, and/or recharging at your hotel before the festivities continue! Note, we will be providing transportation at select locations and will post those details once finalized.

Question

Will there be a shuttle to/from the events?

Answer

Please plan to arrange your own transportation to and from the ceremony at St. Juliana's. Uber/Lyfts are great options for those staying downtown without rental cars. Buses to Sailfish will pick up from the following locations: 4:05pm - the Hilton West Palm 4:15pm - Hyatt Place 4:20pm - the Ben Buses will also take guests back to the hotels and to the after party at Bradley's after the reception is over at 11pm.

Question

What is the weather like in the area?

Answer

November in South Florida is generally warm and breezy. Generally temperature is in the high 70s, but please check weather forecasts closer to the wedding weekend so you can prepare accordingly.

Question

What type of food will be served at the wedding?

Answer

Entrée options for the reception include: Filet mignon, frenched chicken breast, miso and potato crusted grouper, and eggplant parmesan (V). Please initial your entrée preference on your RSVP card and note any dietary restrictions!
