We both grew up in our hometown of Lake Havasu, where our story quietly began long before we ever imagined a future together. Back in middle school (and into high school), we shared the kind of innocent crush that feels big at the time, complete with Greg braiding my hair in math class, a detail we still laugh about today. As life moved forward, our paths naturally drifted apart. After graduation, we went to different colleges, I attended NAU in Flagstaff, while Greg went to ASU, but somehow, fate kept nudging us together. Every so often, we’d run into each other on the mountain, where Greg may or may not have fallen a little harder watching me snowboard (apparently very well). It wasn’t until after college that everything finally aligned. On a night out in Old Town Scottsdale with our friends, we ran into each other at at the clubs (of course), and this time, the spark was impossible to ignore. What began as a familiar face turned into something deeper, more intentional, and lasting. Today, we’re living our adventurous, spontaneous life together, traveling the world, making memories, and sharing it all with our two doodles. From braided hair and snowy slopes to a chance reunion, our love story proves that sometimes the right person has been there all along, just waiting for the perfect moment.
