Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! There will be a shuttle from the hotel to the venue, and vice versa.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

If you wish to drive, there is parking at the site. You can also leave your car overnight and take the shuttle home after the reception.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

While we’re not going for casual, we’d like you to be comfortable in the summer heat. A light sundress is perfectly fine. Guys, a pair of nice shorts and a button up will do. Also, this will (hopefully) be an outdoor event, so don’t forget to wear/bring flats or sandals!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

If you’d like your child to be your plus-one, that’s fine, there will be other kids there as well. If you want to bring your children along please message us. Please note, if you are bringing children, some of the music may contain adult content. We are not liable for any swear words your children might say after the wedding, but if they do, please send us a video!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Will this be an outdoor event?

Answer

The reception hall is a covered pavilion with doors that close if needed. It is shaded with fans and it generally stays cool. There are air conditioned rooms on the venue property as well if need be. The ceremony site will (hopefully) be in an outdoor wooded area. There will be transportation from the ceremony site to the reception hall and vice versa. There will also be a golf cart that can take you to and from as well.

Answer

Please bring your ID if you will be drinking, regardless of age. They are very strict about this! Also, please do not bring any outside alcohol to the venue. The only alcohol allowed served there is by the bartender. Thanks, party people!
