Distance From Venue

SACRAMENTO INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT (SMF) IS UNFORTUNATELY THE CLOSEST AIRPORT TO THE VENUE. IT TAKES A LITTLE OVER AN HOUR TO GET TO THE VENUE WITHOUT TRAFFIC. WITH TRAFFIC, IT CAN ADD ON ANYWHERE FROM 30 MINUTES TO 2 HOURS. P.S. THE AIRPORT IS GORGEOUS. AND THE BAR AT CAFETERIA 15 MAKES BOMG DIRTY MARTINIS :)

WE WOULD RECOMMEND RENTING A CAR IF FLYING INTO TOWN. MAKE SURE TO RESERVE EARLY, AS INVENTORY HAS BEEN LOW. THE VENUE HAS TWO LARGE PARKING LOTS AVAILABLE FOR OUR GUESTS TO LEAVE THEIR VEHICLES DURING THE EVENT. THERE WILL BE PARKING ATTENDANTS ON SITE WHO WILL GUIDE YOU WHERE TO PARK.

Shuttle from The Main Hotel to the Venue

June 25, 2022 2:30 pm - 11:30 pm

A 40 person bus will be available for those staying at or near the main hotel, the Holbrooke Hotel (212 W Main Street in Grass Valley). The bus will be arriving at the Holbrooke Hotel at 2:30 pm to take you to the venue. Please plan to be on the bus no later than 2:45 pm. **MASKS ARE MANDATORY** At 9:00 pm, a bus will be available for those ready to head back to their accommodations. In addition, there will be a second bus trip at 11:00 pm. Those of you joining us for the after-party at Rollins Lake will be responsible for their Lyft or Uber back into town. Hotels near the Holbrooke: 1. Gold Miners Inn (6-minute walk from The Holbrooke) 2. Best Western Gold Country Inn (6-minute walk from The Holbrooke) 3.
