How do I RSVP?

Answer

To RSVP, please click the RSVP tab here on the website and type in your name, All invited guests in your party will appear here to make as "will attend" or "will not attend".

Question

When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

Please RSVP by January 27th, 2027. All RSVPs not received by this date or after this date will be marked as "will not attend". We will be sending the final headcount to our vendors following this deadline. *This will mean you are not allowed to show up to our special day. There will be no seating, food, or drink accommodations for you*

Question

Can I bring a date or plus-one?

Answer

Plus-ones are by invitation only! We are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. Your invite will be made out to "(Your Name) & Guest" if a plus one has been given to you. Thank you for understanding!

Question

Are children invited?

Answer

We have decided to keep our wedding and reception adult-only with the exception of some immediate family. Children are invited by name only. If your invitation includes your child(ren), we can't wait to celebrate with them; otherwise, we hope you enjoy a night off!

Question

Can I take pictures?

Answer

We are having an unplugged ceremony, meaning once the ceremony begins, we ask that all phones be put away and silenced. We want everyone to be fully present with us and for our photographers to be able to capture the best moments! After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos and videos as you'd like!

Question

Where should I stay?

Answer

We understand that many of our guests will be traveling from out of town to join us for our special day. To ensure your comfort, we have arranged a room block at the Emerald Grande hotel. You can find more information on accommodations on our website's "Travel" section. Use the link to ensure you are getting the discounted rate. *Please note that the hotel blocks will be released to the general public by January 26th, so we recommend booking your accommodations before then*

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code is cocktail attire. We suggest that men wear a suit or dress shirt with tie and women wear a dress or dressy separates. Expect an outdoor ceremony with an indoor reception.

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please arrive to the Captain's Deck at Emerald Grande at 3:30pm. This will allow time for parking and finding the ceremony space. The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00pm.
