Please R.S.V.P. on our wedding website using the QR Code on the R.S.V.P. Card or by sending the R.S.V.P. Card back by Thursday, January 29, 2026. To reply using the QR Code, navigate to your camera app on your smart phone - as if you are going to take a photo - and "scan" the QR Code by hovering your screen over it (in Photo Mode, which should be default) until you see a square appear over it and you are prompted to click a link to view our wedding website. Please R.S.V.P. by the above date because our venue requires a final head count that is due on Thursday, February 5, 2026. We kindly ask that you include any information regarding food allergies, dietary restrictions, or if someone is gluten free. Also, please add the number of children you are bringing on the R.S.V.P. card or call, text, or message us the number. Our venue's pricing for children and adults is different, so an accurate count of adults and children will allow us to see what grand total will be.
Please remember that GIFTS ARE NOT REQUIRED as your presence on our wedding day is the best gift we can receive. However, if you choose to generously bless us with a gift, we have several options that include: Amazon - This is a registry made up of household items that we would like to replace or upgrade, things on our Wish List, and gift cards or boxes for date night experiences. Zola - This is option is made up of several gift cards to restaurants, stores, and experiences and activities for date nights as newlyweds. Honeyfund - We have options to contribute to our honeymoon to Dollywood. You can also see information for giving cash, checks, sending money on payment apps like Cash App, or making donations to our favorite charities on our behalf by going to the Registry section of this site. Thank you in advance!
Please plan accordingly to arrive by 11:45 a.m. as traffic can be unpredictable. Also, please be prepared to possibly pay tolls depending on the route you take. The ceremony will start at noon.
The dress code is Semi-Formal, generally described as a balance between casual and formal. Keep in mind that the Ceremony and Mocktail Hour (no alcohol will be served) will be outdoors and the temperature can be as low as 55 degrees in February. Please plan accordingly and bring a jacket, sweater, or coat if needed. Keep an eye on the predicted weather closer to the date. In the event of rain, we will be moved under a pavilion, not indoors. Attire Recommendations for Men Suit and Tie Blazer, Dress Pants, and Tie Please avoid, jeans, t-shirts, and flip-flops. Attire Recommendations for Women Cocktail Dresses Dressy Pantsuits Blouse and Dress Pants Please avoid jeans, t-shirts, sundresses, and flip-flops. You may opt to bring comfortable shoes as the venue has a putting green, giant Jenga, and cornhole to utilize while the wedding party takes photos.
Couples have already been invited as couples and we have done our best to allow Plus Ones for single guests who have asked. As the date approaches, we may be able to accept last minute Plus Ones. Children are welcome and have been included on invitations, but we do ask you let us know how many you are bringing so we can give an accurate head count of children (whose meals are offered at a lower cost) to our venue.

Absolutely! In fact, we encourage it. Our venue is going to make every effort to accommodate those with food allergies, dietary restrictions, and gluten intolerances. Please include that information when you R.S.V.P.
There is on-site parking for the ceremony. For the luncheon, you will park in the Florida Mall parking lot. Buca di Beppo has its own entrance so you won't have to go through the mall at all. You will enter the mall complex and follow the signs to Buca di Beppo, which is located next to The Crayola Experience (you can't miss it). Please leave yourself ample time to get there and park as it is at a mall on a Saturday afternoon.
Unfortunately, there is no shuttle or transportation from the hotels. We recommend staying at SpringHill Suites, which is eight minutes from the ceremony venue. We are in the process of arranging transportation from Kissimmee to Winter Park with members of the wedding party who may be willing to pick up and drop off those without transportation. If you need transportation, please let us know so we can get an accurate count. More information will be added as it becomes available.

Yes and no. While we wish to have a dry wedding, we understand that guests may expect alcohol as part of the celebratory tradition. We have chosen to manage those expectations by having an early afternoon ceremony, a "Mocktail Hour" with several activities and games available, and a luncheon in place of a reception with dancing. Non-alcoholic beverages and light snacks will be available at the ceremony and "Mocktail Hour." However, if you would like to purchase alcohol from the bar to have with your meal at the luncheon, you may do so by ordering through a server and paying for the drink yourself at regular menu pricing. We will only be providing unlimited non-alcoholic beverages (i.e. soda, water, tea, and coffee), which is part of the catering package we have chosen. Again, any alcoholic beverages must be purchased and paid for individually. Thank you for your understanding and we look forward to seeing you there!
While we are working on finalizing our menu, we do know it will be Italian dishes served Family Style. More details will be available soon.
