HOW FAR IS THE WEDDING VENUE? What airport should I fly into?

Answer

So many options! Please see the 'Travel' tab up top for more details.

Question

I CAN'T FIND A HOTEL IN SANTA CRUZ, NOW WHAT??

Answer

We would recommend checking out the many beautiful surrounding Bay Area cities and coastal towns that are within an hour from the venue (Monterey, Felton, Los Gatos, Aptos, Capitola; a bit further are San Jose, San Francisco, Oakland, Berkeley, Big Sur). Another idea is to rent a van or RV and camp onsite throughout the weekend. Please make sure to let us know if you plan to do this so we can coordinate with Pema Osel Ling. If all else fails, get in touch with us to see how we can help!

Question

WILL I BE ABLE TO FIND A CAB OR UBER TO/FROM THE VENUE?

If driving or carpooling is not an option, your best bet would be to schedule with a local cab service ahead of time as cellphone service/rideshare availability at the venue are limited. Check back here for more cab info closer to our wedding date.

Question

WHY IS THIS A WHOLE WEDDING THING?

Answer

While we knew early on we wanted to spend our lives together, but weren't sure until later on about a wedding. We hope this weekend is an opportunity for our communities to come together and learn all the amazing things that made us fall in love with y'all too.
