What should I wear?

Answer

Whatever you feel confident in! The dress code is semi-formal or cocktail attire, but really we only ask you don't wear completely casual clothing such as t-shirts and sweatpants.

Is the venue outdoors?

Answer

Our ceremony will be outdoors under the pergola next to the Majestic Oaks pond, and the reception to immediately follow will be inside in the Majestic room.

Are kids allowed?

Answer

We ask that you leave the kiddos under 10 at home. Due to our venue space, there's not much room for little ones. If this is going to be really difficult for you, please let us know ahead of time and we can work something out!

How do I attend virtually?

Answer

There will be a link to attend our ceremony virtually over Zoom in the "Schedule" page of the website.

Do you have hotel rooms blocked out?

Answer

We do! Please go to the "hotel" page of our website to see the hotel where we blocked out rooms. Please book your hotel in advance to guarantee you have somewhere to stay!

Can I leave my car overnight at the venue?

Answer

Yes! Majestic Oaks as well as the happy couple wants everyone to arrive to their destinations safely. If you drink and need a ride back to one of the nearby hotels, please leave your car overnight and carpool with a sober driver or utilize Uber or Lyft to get you back safely. You can always pick up your vehicle the next morning.

Is there a shuttle service?

Answer

No, but there are hotels within 5-15 minutes of the venue. If you plan on drinking, you can leave your car at the venue and Uber back to your hotel and get your vehicle the next morning.

Is it Open Bar?

Answer

The bride and groom will be providing a few kegs of beer and multiple bottles of wine, but everything else will be cash bar, so bring your ID and some extra cash!
