let's try this one more time!

Out of concern for the health and well-being of our family and friends, we decided to delay the wedding celebration for a year. Our marriage did commence on schedule, however, with an intimate ceremony before the Lord and immediate family members. Please join us in looking forward to November 14, 2021 as we plan, once again, to come together to share in the celebration of our marriage in full wedding fashion, complete with walking down the aisle, bridesmaids and groomsmen, decorations and music, followed by food and dancing! We first met at a summer camp in New Hampshire when we were just 15 years old. After spending our summers as campers, we went our separate ways only to meet up again in 2015 as staff at the same camp! That's when we realized that maybe our young love was actually something a bit more special.

In May of 2019 Peter and I took a cruise to Bermuda with a group of friends. Our first stop was at a picture perfect beach. Before I could even put my bag down, Peter scooped me up and carried me to the water's edge, seemingly to throw me in. You can imagine my surprise when instead he put me down on the sand and dropped to one knee! How he and our 10 friends managed to keep it a secret I'll never know!
