If you have any other questions outside of the below, please feel free to reach out to Molly (781-987-4077) or Nick (617-981-0979).
Question

What day do I need to RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by March 15!

Question

What is the dress code for the wedding?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is Black Tie Optional. We ask that men wear a tuxedo or a dark suit and tie and that women wear an evening gown. We recommend that women choose a block heel as the events will be held on turf.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.

Question

Is there transportation provided for the wedding?

Answer

Transportation to and from the wedding will be provided. Pick ups and drop offs will take place at two locations - the Napa Valley Marriott Hotel & Spa and the Archer Hotel in Downtown Napa. Please see the Travel tab for more information on recommended hotels in the area. More details to come on the specific site drop offs & timing considerations.

Question

Is there parking available at your wedding venue?

Answer

Yes, parking is available at Carneros Resort & Spa if you decide to drive to the wedding!

Question

Is there transportation provided for the welcome event?

Answer

No, we will not be providing transportation to the Welcome Event at Round Pond. We would recommend planning to schedule an Uber/Lyft ahead of time (as they can be scarce at night) or driving to the venue. There will be ample parking.

Question

Is dinner provided at the welcome event?

Answer

No, the Welcome Event will include light bites/ dessert and a wine tasting. We would suggest reviewing the Recommended tab to check out restaurants in St. Helena or Yountville for dinner prior to the Welcome Event on Thursday, 5/1. Some of our favorite nearby restaurants: St. Helena - Farmstead, Press, The Charter Oak, Mustards. Yountville - Ciccio, North Block, Ad Hoc.

Question

What is the weather going to be like and is wedding outdoors?

Answer

May in the Napa Valley gives visitors a taste of summer and spring all at once with very warm daytime temperatures (80-90 degrees) and some fairly chilly nights (~50 degrees). Weather permitting, both the Wedding Ceremony and Wedding Reception will take place outdoors. We will have the reception under a tent with heaters.

Question

What type of food will be served at your wedding?

Answer

We'll be serving hors d'oeuvres at cocktail hour followed by a sit-down dinner with a choice of entree. For guests with dietary restrictions, there will be plenty of vegan/vegetarian options, etc.
