We're Getting Married!!

It was our Senior Year of high school, where it was totally fine to add people randomly on Facebook, or in this scenario ACCIDENTLY adding the wrong person. We talked for a few weeks and finally my best friend Rachel and I headed to the Springs to meet Jack and some of his friends at the mall!! `He asked me to be his girlfriend on May 14th (same day that I crashed his sister's 14th Birthday.)

Jack had just come back from his first deployment and planned a trip home to Colorado to spend time with our friends and families. The same day he was planning to propose, the Bomb Cyclone winter storm hit Colorado causing the entire state to shutdown. 2 days later the weather was warmer and sunny. Jack took me to Ale House for happy hour drinks before we planned to meet my friends for dinner. We started to make our way across the Highland Bridge during sunset in downtown Denver when he pulled me aside. My closest friends and sister appeared and started snapping photos...my sister was supposed to record but forgot to hit play.
