Our ceremony will take place in the 1896 Room at the Club. The reception will follow in the Carriage House, located in a separate building just kitty-corner from the ceremony space. There is a short outdoor walk between the two. Cocktail hour will also be held in the Carriage House.

There ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 pm. Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the ceremony is set to begin to park and find your seat.
Black Tie Optional. Come dressed to celebrate—think fun, festive, and a little fancy! We kindly ask that you leave the jeans and khakis at home.
Our ceremony will be unplugged! Please tuck away phones and cameras and be fully in the moment with us—our photographer will capture everything, and we can’t wait to share the photos afterward.
Yes! We will have a shuttle running between the venue and TownePlace Suites and Hilton Garden Inn. Any other hotels listed under lodging- you will be responsible for your ride to/from the venue.
As much as we adore your kids, our celebration will be adults-only unless your children were specifically included on your invitation.
Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate the guests listed on each invitation. If a plus-one was offered, it will be listed there. Thank you so much for understanding!
Our ceremony and reception will be indoors. Our cocktail hour takes place in a lovely veranda with retractable walls that go up or down depending on the weather—cozy heaters included while you sip and mingle!
Absolutely! Our bartenders are ready to shake, stir, and pour responsibly…what you do with your newfound courage on the dance floor is entirely up to you.
Yes! On-site parking is available, so no long walks in fancy shoes required.
