Hotel
We have blocked some rooms at Hilton Austin Airport from 10.11.2024 - 10.13.2024. The hotel is approximately a 15 minute drive to both events we have scheduled for the weekend. Please use the link provided to book your room. When booking through our link, you will receive a discounted rate for your room. Each guest will receive a voucher for a free drink at the Creeks Lobby Bar, as well as free overnight self parking. There is also a 24 hour shuttle service to and from Austin Bergstrom International Airport if you choose not to rent a car. If you would like to extend your stay, the Hilton is offering the same discounted rates for 3 days before and 3 days after our blocked dates as long as they have the rooms available.
Rental Car
If you would like to rent a car for the weekend, Budget Car Rental has provided us Budget Customer Discount code S274056 for up to a 10% discount on a rental car for our event. Ride share services like Uber and Lyft will be available, however, there is a big music festival in Austin the same weekend as our wedding, so ride share prices will likely be higher than normal and wait times will likely be longer.
