FAQs

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Cocktail attire is suggested. How often do we all get to celebrate and be dressed up together as a family? We plan to take photos with our guests, and would love for everyone to be all gussied up!

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to limited venue capacity, we are unable to accommodate plus ones at our wedding unless specifically indicated on your invitation. If you are confused, when you RSVP and type in your name, you will see if you have a plus one! We want everyone to share in the celebration and will ensure that folks will be around familiar and friendly company. We appreciate your understanding!

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Please let us know in ADVANCE (at least 2 months notice) if you have any food allergies so that we can make the necessary accommodations. We don't want anyone to feel left out of the festivities!

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP no later than 1 month in advance (October 7th, 2023 is the deadline), so that we can account for food and drinks for all of our guests. If you cannot attend, we will miss you, and would appreciate you letting us know at the soonest opportunity. Those that do not RSVP by October 7th, 2023 - we are so sorry you cannot make it! If you miss this date, we may not be able to accommodate your presence at the wedding, as we will have to send our final headcount to our vendors immediately following this deadline.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Much like plus ones, kids are welcome if indicated in your invitation. If not indicated in your invitation, we encourage you to use this evening to have a fun, kid-free date night!

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive 30 minutes prior to the ceremony start time, to allow yourself time to park, use the restroom, grab a program, and find your seat. The ceremony will start PROMPTLY at the scheduled time. If you arrive late and the ceremony has already begun, please do not interrupt the processional. Instead, wait for the recessional to end, and the guests to begin moving to the reception area. We have hired photographers and videographers to capture this special moment for us, and do not want any distractions in the middle of the ceremony. Thank you so much for understanding!

Question

Will there be a live stream for those who can't attend the wedding in person?

Answer

We know not everyone can make our wedding in person. There will not be a live stream of our ceremony, but we will be given the video from our videographer some time after the wedding that we would love to share with you!
