Shuttle Service
11:30 am - 1:45 pm

Shuttles will run frequently between the SRO parking area and the ceremony site. Please plan to arrive at the SRO grounds between 11:30am - 1:45pm to allow time for the shuttle. The last shuttle will leave promptly at 1:30pm, so plan accordingly.
Ceremony Seating
1:30 pm - 2:00 pm
This will be in the Father of the Brides backyard, we ask that you arrive at the location of the shuttle prior to ceremony to help reduce parking in the residential neighborhood. It is very limited with our guest list size. Keep in mind the landscape will be very grassy and ground can be a little uneven at times. Reminder this is a kid FREE event. Please stick to the names on your RSVP as we’re trying to keep a limit to our guest count.

Backyard Casual Wedding
We plan to keep it short and sweet!
Post-Ceremony & Family Photos
2:20 pm - 3:00 pm
After the ceremony, family photos will be taken with the wedding party. Guests are welcome to socialize in the backyard of the ceremony location before being shuttled back to the reception. Please be mindful of the timing and gather near the front of the house when it’s time to board the shuttle.
