What's the dress code for the wedding?

Answer

Formal attire. We trust your taste completely; think elevated, wedding ready, and something you feel great in. The only request: let’s leave the white dresses hanging in the closet.

What about the welcome dinner?

Answer

Come as you are! This is a casual, low pressure, sitting on blankets in the sand kind of night. Dress how you'd like, keeping in mind that it can be a little chillier by the ocean once the sun goes down and even before that.

How should we plan for transportation?

Answer

We recommend having a car or arranging transportation for the weekend, the drive from our venue to the coast (where the welcome dinner will be held) is about 45 minutes to an hour. If you’d prefer to stay closer to the wedding and skip that drive, we completely understand! If you do plan to drive to the wedding, you’re absolutely welcome to leave your car at the venue overnight and pick it up the next day if the wine's tasting pretty good. Some of our recommended hotels also offer shuttle services to and from Bel Vino.

What time should we arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 5:00 PM, so we recommend arriving with enough time to be seated and settled beforehand. If you tend to run on the “just in time” side, consider this a loving, gentle nudge to give yourself a little extra cushion.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The celebration will be held outdoors. In the very unlikely event of rain, a tent will be in place. So no need to stress, we’ve got it covered (literally).

What will the weather be like?

Answer

October in Temecula is usually beautiful, warm, sunny days in the mid-70s to low-80s. Once the sun sets (around 7:00 PM), it cools down into the high 50s to low 60s, so you may want to bring a light layer for the evening.
