Whilst we adore your little ones, our wedding is predominantly an adult celebration and most of the events we have planned won’t be child-friendly. With the exception of very young babies, children are not officially invited. We hope that giving plenty of notice helps you make any arrangements you may need — but of course, if not bringing your children means you’re unable to attend, please reach out to us. We’d love to celebrate with you and will do our best to be flexible.
We’ll be staying in Rovinj (and recommend guests do the same), but the ceremony itself will be held over on beautiful Katarina Island — just a 5-minute boat ride from the Old Town. We will then head back to Rovinj after the ceremony and to the Grand Park Hotel.
Not at all — while we’d love to have you with us for the full three-day celebration, we completely understand that everyone’s schedules (and holidays!) look different. Think of it as your trip too — you’re welcome to join for as much or as little as you’re able. Just let us know what you can make so we can plan accordingly.
We recommend that you arrive at least 20 - 30 minutes before our 4pm ceremony time. This gives us enough time to be on schedule. Please be aware you will needs to get the 5 minute boat over to the island. The boat's to the island run on the 'half hour' so the lastest boat you can get is the 3:30pm or you will miss the ceremony.
We’re more than happy for you to share the fun of the trip — However, since our jobs pretty much revolve around social media, when it comes to the wedding day itself, we’d really appreciate a little privacy. We respectfully ask nothing is shared from the wedding day until we have shared - we want to be in the moment. We kindly ask that all phones and cameras are put away for the ceremony. We’ve arranged for a professional photographer to capture everything, and we’ll make sure you have access to all the photos afterwards.
