Where is the wedding?
Answer
The wedding is taking place at a pisco hacienda (plantation which makes pisco, a spirit distilled from grapes that originates from Peru) on the outskirts of Ica. Ica is a large city a few hours south of Lima.

Where should we stay?
Answer
¡Hotel Viñas Queirolo! The whole venue is reserved for our wedding guests to book a room for the weekend (Friday and Saturday night). Please do NOT book a room directly through the hotel website since there are special wedding prices that will be applied for this weekend! Once you RSVP we'll put you in touch with the hotel directly to book your room. When making the reservation, please let the hotel know if you reside OUTSIDE of Perú.

How will we get to the wedding venue?
Answer
We will offer buses to take people from Lima to Ica, and back again on the Sunday. If you'd like to take the bus please RSVP or let us know directly. If you would like to organise your own shuttle/coach please let us know and we can put you in touch with a driving service, or you can book your own rental car for the weekend. It is about a four hour trip from Lima to Ica by road.

Where should I stay in Lima before/after the wedding weekend?
Answer
We recommend staying in the Miraflores or Barranco (hotel or Airbnb). These are very trendy and safe areas that will have lots to offer nearby! For reference, the buses will most likely be leaving from somewhere near Larcomar, a beautiful outdoor mall built into the sea cliff in Miraflores. Please let us know if you need any help!

What's the dress code?

Friday Welcome Party: Garden Attire- Think comfortable pastels, floral prints, suits in lighter hues, and your favorite linens. Wedding: Outdoor Semi-formal: Look and feel your best - bring out your favorite colours and styles (e.g. colorful, long dress/jacket, tie optional)

When should I arrive in Peru?
Answer
The wedding will take place over a three days from Friday 25 - Sunday 27 April 2025. In order to travel to Ica in time for the Friday night welcome party, you will need to be in Peru before that Friday.

I want to sightsee in Peru/travel in Latin America - before or after the wedding?
Answer
Up to you! Just make sure you are in Lima ready to travel to Ica on the morning of Friday 25 April. We would love for you to discover the beauty of South America and urge everyone that can to see what adventures they can add to their trip!

How can I use my phone in Peru?
