FAQs

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

August 1st, 2026 by 11:59PM

Question

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

I am registered through Zola, Target, Amazon, and William Sonoma websites, and I've linked them all in my registry tab above.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Guests will begin to be seated at 3:30 PM at Packer Memorial Church. Please plan to arrive promptly before the ceremony begins at 4:00 PM. Complimentary parking is available at Alumni Memorial Parking, which is approximately a 10-minute scenic walk from the church. Additional details and directions can be found in the Travel section of our website.

Question

Can I dress my most fabulous?

Answer

YES!! We’d love for our guests to wear cocktail attire, think dressy, polished, and ready to celebrate! If you're feeling extra stylish, we encourage guests to join Noah in wearing a bow tie because they are "Freaking Suave!" says Noah. Please avoid wearing white, ivory, or champagne. Downtown Bethlehem has brick sidewalks and some uneven streets, so bring comfy shoes to dance and walk in! There is plenty to see and do around Bethlehem, so protect your feet :)

Question

Can I bring a date or plus one?

Answer

Due to our large families and limited space, we are only able to accommodate the guests listed on your invitation. If your invitation includes a “+1," you are welcome to bring a guest. Thank you for understanding and helping us keep our celebration intimate with our closest family and friends.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

To keep our celebration intimate, we are only able to accommodate the children specifically included in our wedding plans. We appreciate your understanding and hope you enjoy a relaxing evening celebrating with us!

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Absolutely! Hotel Bethlehem offers gluten-free and vegan options, and we will also have clearly labeled vegan and gluten free desserts available. When you RSVP through Zola, there is a section where you can note any food allergies or dietary restrictions. Please let us know when you RSVP so we can do our best to accommodate you.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! For the ceremony at Packer Memorial Church, complimentary parking will be available at Alumni Memorial Parking, which Noah and I have reserved for our guests. The lot is approximately a 10-minute walk to the church. For the reception at Hotel Bethlehem, complimentary valet parking will be provided for all wedding guests. For overnight guests staying at Hotel Bethlehem, valet parking includes in-and-out privileges throughout your stay. Self-parking is also available in nearby public garages within walking distance of the hotel.

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

We will not be providing transportation, as all of our recommended hotels are located within a short drive or, in some cases, walking distance—of both the ceremony and reception venues. Hotel Bethlehem, where our reception will be held, is approximately a 10-minute drive from Packer Memorial Church. Hyatt Place Bethlehem is also within walking distance of Hotel Bethlehem. Parking is available at both venues, and ride-share services such as Uber and Lyft are readily available in the area.

Question

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

Parker Memorial Church is located on Lehigh University's Campus. If you can make it up the hills, it's a worthwhile walk around campus and a short stop away from the cup ice cream. I personally would eat some before cocktail hour!
