Our journey together began when Trevor reached out to me on social media before we moved to Campbellsville for college. We FaceTimed, texted, and even watched Camp Rock together through a phone screen long before we arrived on campus on August 28, 2020. That very first night, I invited him to hang out with me and a few friends, and from that moment on, we became the best of friends. Neither of us was searching for a relationship at the time, and I had always held myself to the standard that I would not give my heart until I knew someone was the one God had handpicked for me—so I chose to wait. In April of 2022, I realized that my feelings for Trevor had never disappeared. I felt God placing it on my heart that he was the one. After years of friendship, truly getting to know one another, and discovering how naturally our interests, sense of humor, and personalities aligned, we decided to begin talking romantically and see where God would lead us. Nearly a year later, on March 13, 2023, Trevor asked me to be his girlfriend. Through every season—both the highs and the lows—we supported one another, remained committed, and never gave up, no matter how difficult things became. Our relationship is a true testament to God’s faithfulness and perfect timing. As time went on, our love continued to grow into something so beautiful, always keeping God at the center of our relationship. Finally, on December 20, 2025, Trevor got down on one knee and asked me to marry him—what a sweet and unforgettable day. We are endlessly thankful to the One who aligned our paths, guided us to this moment, and blessed us far more than we deserve. We cannot wait to become husband and wife and to grow old together.
