What is the recommended attire?
Answer
Anything you wish to wear. The ceremony will take place on the sand so plan accordingly for footwear.
Question
Where should we stay?
Answer
Feel free to stay wherever you would like. There are multiple hotels, resorts and Vrbo/Airbnb options in the area. We will be staying in Siesta Key as we enjoy being close to that beach.
Question
How far is the ceremony from the reception site?
Answer
The reception site is a 15min drive from the ceremony site. We suggest using Uber or having a rental car with a designated driver.
Question
When are we eating dinner on the day of the wedding?
Answer
Dinner time will be late on the day of the wedding as we will be having a sunset ceremony. We suggest eating a late lunch or having a snack. Drinks and hors d’oeuvres begin at 8pm and the buffet will start once the bride and groom return from their picture session.
Question
What if there is bad weather the day of the wedding?
Answer
We are really praying this doesn’t happen, but in the event we have bad weather, the ceremony will take place at the indoor reception venue (Michael’s Wine Cellar). We will keep everyone informed if this were to happen.
