🚌 SHUTTLE BUS PROVIDED FOR GUESTS STAYING IN NEWARK 🚌 📍 PICKUP at 5:15pm from Lions B&B, Travelodge Newark and Premier Inn Newark. Exact times will be circulated. 🚌 RETURN TIMES from Stubton Hall: 10pm, 11pm 🍴 FOOD PROVIDED 🐟 We will have catering from our local fish & chip van, which will be serving fish, battered sausage, scampi and chicken tenders from 7pm. For guests traveling in from out of town, we’d love to kick off the weekend with welcome drinks and a relaxed evening together before the big day. Join us for cocktails, light bites, and a chance to mingle before Saturday’s celebration. Dress code: Smart Casual Think summer dresses, linen trousers, polos and relaxed button-downs. No need for jackets or ties.

If you received a ceremony card in your invitation, please join us at 1:30pm sharp, no later please. If you did not receive a card, we would love for you to join us later for the breakfast dinner, 3:30pm to be seated by 4:00pm. Dress Code: Garden Party Formal Suits and elegant dresses encouraged. Feel free to embrace summer colors, florals and light fabrics.
Ceremony

Exact times will be circulated. 🚌 RETURN TIMES from Stubton Hall: 11pm, 12:15pm Our wedding ceremony will take place in the gardens at Stubton Hall (weather permitting). We’ll exchange vows surrounded by close family and friends before beginning the celebrations.
Cocktail Hour
2:30 pm - 4:00 pm
Wedding Breakfast (Dinner)
4:00 pm - 7:00 pm
Guests will move into the Orangery for the wedding breakfast — the traditional British wedding meal. Expect great food, drinks, speeches, and plenty of laughter as we celebrate together. Please arrive by 3:30pm to allow time to be seated before the meal begins. When you RSVP please note any other allergens or food preferences you have.
Dancing & Late Night Hog Roast

The dance floor opens and the evening party begins! We’ll be serving a hog roast and late-night bites between 9-10:30pm to keep everyone fueled for dancing.
