Houston Rodeo

The Houston rodeo is a giant, multi-week event with a carnival, roller coasters, shopping/ markets, and lots of fried and southern food. The actual rodeo is in the stadium and requires a different ticket that includes a concert with a famous artist. It's best to go on a weekday, as it gets very crowded.
