There are around 40 parking spots directly outside of The Boulders (the name of the venue), an additional 50 spots on the property, and a gravel parking lot at the bottom of the parking lot. Parking is free for guests. The venue coordinators will keep a close eye on parking throughout the afternoon and if people have to park down the hill, they will bring a golf cart shuttle down. They will plow snow on the property if needed.
The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal/cocktail attire.
Estes Park in November can either be sunny or cold and snowy. We recommend bringing a coat just in case. The ceremony and reception will be indoors, however there is a balcony for the cocktail hour which includes several firepits as well as there will be a few blankets available for guests.
We recommend that you arrive an hour before the start of the ceremony, to make sure everyone is on time and we can get the party started as scheduled!
We have a strict guest list to stay on budget. Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We are only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.
Yes, there is an elevator at the venue and a ramp to get into the ceremony space.
