What does "Black Tie Encouraged" mean?

Answer

We ask men to wear a tuxedo or a dark suit and tie and women to wear an evening gown or a full length cocktail dress.

Will you provide travel?

Answer

For Friday, 10/31 we recommend calling an Uber/Lyft to and from the Welcome Party For 11/1, shuttles will be provided to guests. Please see information below and on the "Transportation" page

What is the transportation schedule to and from the venue on 11/1?

Answer

Shuttle to Venue: All shuttles leave The Omni starting at 3:45pm. Pick-up is on The Omni side of Liberty Street in between 2nd & 3rd Street. In the lobby, head towards the Neighborhood Services Restaurant and at the end of the hallway, there will be an exit labeled "Liberty Street" for shuttle pick-up/drop off. Shuttles will drive guests back to The Omni or After Party towards the end of the reception. Pickup schedule is below: Shuttle to Omni: 9pm & 10:30pm Shuttle to Afterparty: 10:30pm

Will there be parking at Ashbourne Farms?

Answer

Yes, we will have valet parking available for those that are planning to drive.

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

While we love your kids, we kindly ask that they stay home for this event.

What will the weather be like in Louisville this time of year?

Answer

Weather in the Ohio Valley can be unpredictable, but we'd expect early November to be highs in the 60s and lows in the 40s.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We would love to have everyone celebrate with us, but unfortunately space is limited. We will only be able to accommodate those written on the invitation.
