When should I RSVP by?

Answer

RSVP's are open now! They will close on Sunday, August 23rd. We will send with regret cards to anyone who has not RSVP'd by this date.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive 20-30 minutes prior to the ceremony start time. Doors will open at 4pm. After 4:25 the venue staff will hold guests in the lobby until the cocktail hour at 5pm.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is no parking available at the Down Town Club. If you are driving into the city the day of the wedding, we recommend using Spot Hero for the best parking garage deals. If you are staying at one of the hotel blocks, we recommend taking an Uber, Taxi, or Lyft to the venue.

Is there a dress code?

Black Tie Optional: Suits, tuxes, gowns, and cocktail dresses all welcome.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

We want the focus to be on the ceremony and reception, so we have not planned any events the day prior or after. Philadelphia is rich with American history, and has hundreds of museums, parks, and activities. We encourage you to check out the Things To Do tab to create your own adventure and make the most out of your visit. I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Absolutely. A large part in our decision-making on booking with Down Town Club and Cescaphe catering was because of their flexibility with food allergies. Please note the allergy on your RSVP, and one of us will reach out to discuss further with you.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

The only children permitted at the venue are part of the wedding party and have received their invitations.
