Hotel Cancellation Policy?

Per the hotel’s cancellation policy, guests may cancel their room up until midnight the night before arrival.

How do I get to the new venue? (Directions)

Answer

From Mercer, take N Erie Street. In 0.2 miles you will come to a Y, take a slight right turn onto Franklin Street. In 0.4 miles you will come to another Y, keep left onto N Perry Highway (Route 19). In 4.3 miles, turn left onto Rodgers Hill Road. Shortly after, turn right onto Russell Road. Follow Russell Road until you see our signs and the pavilion on the left.

Do I need to cancel my hotel room at Candlewood Suites now that the venue changed?

Answer

No, unless you would prefer to camp at the venue instead for free! Bring your own tent/camper if that’s the case! You have until midnight the night before check in at the hotel to cancel the room you booked. 🙂 Shuttle service will still be provided to and from venue!

What will happen if it rains?

Answer

The pavilion has sides that they would put up to protect from wind/rain (with plenty of airflow still) and the ceremony and reception would both be in the pavilion if that’s the case.

Is there parking?

Answer

Yes, there will be parking in a grass field.

Any other changes/things I should know or bring?

Answer

If you have been given a +1 now or your whole family is invited, please rsvp the total amount of people in your group ASAP. Bring an umbrella if rain is in the forecast just in case. It will be a pretty casual lay-out now, bring a change of clothes/shoes if you feel like it for later on in the night. Come and have fun! The venue is providing a bonfire! Music allowed until 11pm!

Will there be a livestream of the wedding for those who cannot attend?

Answer

Yes! We have a private Facebook group for our wedding that we will post the livestream on! Please text or call Hannah (724-977-6468) if you are not in the group and would like to join it!
