BEST WESTERN - HOOD RIVER INN PICK-UP TIME: 3:50 PM Please do not be late! Be ready to board outside at the pick-up time - drivers will not wait for stragglers. The buses will be labeled with our names and pick-up outside the main lobby. There will be 2 buses for this one pick-up time. IF YOU ARE DRIVING YOURSELF PICK-UP TIME: 4:00 PM PICK-UP LOCATION: Northwest Corner of Walmart Parking Lot (2700 Wasco St, Hood River, OR 97031) Please do not be late! Be ready to board at the pick-up time, not parking at that time. The 14-passenger van will be labeled with our names. RETURN TRIPS Early departure: 9:00 PM All other departures: 10:00 PM (end of event) *We are not aware of anyone staying at the Hampton Inn, so we are not providing transportation to this location. While there isn't Uber/Lyft service in Hood River, there is the local pedicab company also has EV Taxi and delivery services. While we haven't used them personally, they have been recommended by our hotel and have been kind via email.
