Maid of Honor
HI, I'm Amanda. I'm a Grand Rapids native, born and raised. After going to school at Ferris I couldn't bring myself to move away so I found myself a kick-ass job as the Event Coordinator of three beautiful venues of Studio D2D. My time at Ferris brought me many amazing things, one of my favorites being Claire. Although we haven't been friends for countless number of years , the ones we have spent together have been ones to remember for a lifetime! Levi, you got a good one!
Maid of Honor
Hi all! My name is Lauren and I live in Muskegon, Michigan with my fantastic family and our two dogs, Rocco and Jaida. I attended Ferris State—go dawgs!—and was a part of the Hospitality Program. A few of my more zealous passions are all things dogs, family, friends, coffee, reading, and wine! Even though I have only known Claire for just a few short years, I wholeheartedly know that Levi will be able to withstand the category 5 hurricane/princess combination that is Claire Wolfe, soon-to- be Claire Cipcic. Mine and Claire’s friendship began one very snowy and cold start to the 2015 Spring Semester at Ferris State in Accounting 202. We moved into a quick friendship where it didn’t take long for her to introduce me to one of the best parts of my life: the Hospitality Program. From there we spent the rest of our college years immersed in laughter, pineapples, $4 pitchers at the infamous Star Shooters, knowledge—because you’re supposed to have learned something at college, and my mom may read this—sushi, and those dreaded Wednesdays. While the distance from Michigan to Florida could have given us the chance to slowly drift apart, what it has actually given us are countless opportunities to use our creative sides in order to remain steadfast in our friendship.

Hi I’m Hannah, I currently live in Indiana with my boyfriend Jake and our two cats Bella and Noodle. I am a recent graduate of Central Michigan University (Fire Up Chips!). My interests include traveling, shopping and spending time with my fur babies. Claire and I have been friends since 7th grade. It’s crazy to think I’ve called her my best friend for 11 years now. We’ve grown up together sharing countless memories and inside jokes. We’ve been by each other sides through awkward middle school years to high schools ups and downs and stayed close despite going to different colleges and now living across the country from each other.

Hi, I'm Marissa. I currently live in Denver, Colorado, living the city life. I graduated from Ferris State in 2016 and moved here and have not looked back! Claire and I met freshman year at Ferris, and became inseparable instantly. We were in cooking class and worked across the stoves from each other. She asked me to road trip to Boyne (for her first internship interview) after only having class together for 2 months or so. After that car ride and all the throwback songs we sang off of "old school" CDs, I knew we were going to be best friends. I could not have imagined these last 6 years without Claire in my life. I am so ecstatic to stand up next to you on the biggest day of your life (except the day you met me, of course). I just love you so much <3

Claire and I met one summer at a beautiful resort on the water in Maryland. Sounds beautiful, right? It was, gorgeous. However, we were working hospitality. I've realized that nothing brings people together quite like a mutual struggle and love of unwinding. When I first met the wonderful soul that is Claire I thought that we would be friends over the summer and then go on about our lives with some memories of a great time. Then we started to go on adventures, days and nights spent by the ocean, restaurants, the countless hours spent getting ready. I didn't expect to find one of my closest friends, someone that helps the other during tough times whether that was going out or just talking. Truly an amazing person that I am beyond grateful to have had the opportunity to know and love dearly.

Hi, I’m Miriah! I first met Claire during the summer of 13 during her internship at Boyne Mountain. She opened my eyes to college and I made the occasional road trip down to FSU for special occasions such as her 21st birthday; as far as I can remember we had a blast and even managed to have my car “stolen.” We’ve spent way too much money on concerts and I got to watch her cry while meeting Brett Eldredge, and if you know Claire, I’m sure you can imagine that moment. We’ve cried together, we’ve laughed together, and we’ve made countless memories together. We’ve also endured some ups and downs together, but regardless of her living in FL and myself living in KY, we always find a way back to each other! I’m honored to stand up on her perfect day and see her marry the man of her dreams! ❤️

Hello! My name is Sarah and I work as an Assistant Events Coordinator at a Boutique Hotel in Holland, MI. I enjoy spending my free time playing volleyball, hanging out at the beach and doing just about anything with my boyfriend. Claire and I met through our passion of Hospitality at Boyne Mountain in the summer of 2013. We instantly bonded over our love of shopping, wine, cheesecake and working too much. I can always count on laughing until I cry, a few too many drinks and making endless memories when ever I am around Claire. Continued:

Since we became friends, I knew that Claire was someone who will always be my friend no matter how far apart we live or how often we hang out. I love how we can always pick up right where we left off without missing a beat! I am so excited to stand beside you as one of your bridesmaids and best friends on your big day! I look forward to making so many more memories with you! Cheers to Claire & Levi!
Best Man
Hello! I’ve had the pleasure of knowing Levi and Claire for three years now. Our friendship began with our involvement in the Student Government Association at Ferris State University in 2015. I was fortunate enough to have both of them serve on my executive cabinet, and oddly enough, a romance sparked between them that is alive and growing today. Claire recently reminded me of how her and Levi began talking and that because of their involvement in FSUSGA, they have now formed the bond they have today. Continued:

Levi, I have had the honor and privilege of knowing and working with you these past few years. We’ve shared laughter more times than despair, and have had our nights of fun out with friends. While there are numerous memorable moments I have with you, the one I recall to be my favorite is our time spent in Grand Rapids during the 2017 New Year’s celebrations. The various themed ballrooms and high-priced drinks, mixed in with the group of friends we were with, and my flighty behavior of roaming off after a few cranberry vodkas made for an interesting night (sorry Lauren). I’ll never forget this night. Continued:

Claire, where do I even begin? You’re a ferocious leader with a drive to succeed. I’m excited for you and Levi to begin a lifelong journey together. I appreciate your loving friendship and enjoy the time we have spent together. I’m looking forward to watching you and Levi accomplish goals and work towards fulfilling one another’s dreams. Keep Levi in line, please. ;) Love you both and I am happy to be part of such a wonderful, memorable day for you, your family and your friends.

Hello world. My name is Patrick and I am a resident of the Northern Michigan area attending Ferris State University for my involvement in the campus community but I believe I am going to walk away with an education as well. I am also the Assistant Manager of the Cadillac 4 theater. I met both Claire and Levi at Ferris State University but not at the same time. Levi I met in my first year while taking Legal Studies classes in the College of Business. Levi was a person with a gravitational sort of character that drew people toward him even if they had opposing viewpoints. My friendship with Levi grew when I joined Ferris’s chapter of Phi Alpha Delta Pre-Law Fraternity International and more so later when I joined the Ferris State University Student Government Association. This is where I got to meet Claire and see them interact for the first time. Upon my arrival to FSUSGA I would say that They were polite but ran in different circles. Luckily enough, fate intervened in the form of an opportunity to serve on the same executive board. As the treasurer i would hang out with Levi discussing the general thoughts on the world and we would make predictions for the future as well as bringing him massive amounts of popcorn. Along with that was repeatedly tell Claire that “It’s not in the budget” when she requested more money for events or that her budget was not an exact number which would lead to eye rolls of astronomical proportions. Both Claire and Levi grew close, the kind of closeness that people wish for themselves and the rest is history as they say.

Hi, my name is Arshano McKenzie. I am a FSU Alumnus. I received my Bachelors in Health Care Systems Administration and my Associates in Radiology. I am a current Radiologic Technologist, Future Doctor, and creative mind; and this is my story on how I’ve come to know TLC (Team Levi & Clair). In 2015 I attended my first Student Gov. meeting to propose a funded event. It was an overly kind man who, before and after each meeting, would encourage me to attend future meetings; making statements such as “Student gov. could use a great leader like you.” So I continued to come, and that is how I met Levi! Later down the line, I would become the Director of Finance and he would join me as the world’s greatest Parliamentarian. Continued:

Levi has saved my butt more times than I can count, and I am forever grateful. 2016 was one of the more tragic years of my life for many personal reasons, and I would always confide to Levi, being the personal and caring man that he is. From there our bond would grow tremendously. He has always been there for me, with vast amounts of advice, support and alcohol. Over time, Levi has become more than just a friend, but a brother to me. Continued:

Excited would be an understatement towards my feelings on this wedding! Levi and I used to talk about this moment, even before TLC was a thing! And to see it all come together is beautiful. What these two have built through the time they have known each other is amazing. As humans, we’re constantly changing, and growing, and adapting - and so it’s normal for our feelings to change. But not for Levi. Levi has chosen Claire since day one, and it has always been obvious. I am honored to have witnessed Levi chase Claire throughout college and finally get the girl! To Levi and Claire! 🥂

Hi, I am Joe. Originally from New Lenox, Illinois, but claim to be from Rochester. Currently (Summer of '18), in Shoreham, Michigan, for a summer internship at the Berrien County Prosecutor’s Office. I have one year left of law school at Valparaiso University Law School and then plan to become a Prosecutor for the State of Indiana. I met Levi through Phi Alpha Delta, Phi Sigma Kappa and Student Government. As we were involved in the same organizations we had no choice but to grow close. However, Levi and I did not truly bond until we went to South Padre Island over Spring Break in 2016. It was there, sitting in a hot tub, drinking Jim Bean Apple and solving the world’s problems, that we really bonded. From that moment Levi will also be regarded as one of my closest friends. But, even before then, Levi was always regarded as one of the most approachable guys I knew. He has always put 100% effort into everything he does. And I know he will do the same with his marriage to Claire. I met Claire through Student Government. We both served on the Internal Assessment Division and planned the Student Government Gala. It was while I was making the greatest invitation that Ferris State has ever seen, that I got to know Claire. I learned how dedicated, helpful and patient she is. Characteristics that I know she will put into her marriage. Claire and Levi, I wish you both the best of luck in your marriage. I know that you two will make each other very happy for the rest of your lives. Can’t wait for the wedding.

Hello, my name is Brandon and I am Levi’s step bother. I graduated Ferris State with a degree in CAD drafting and tool design. I recently became a home owner in Penfield and work in Hastings. Levi and I have been brothers for the majority of our lives and he has had a large impact on my life. Levi was the one told me about Ferris and got me interested in my degree. He introduced me to his friends and helped get me out of my shell and above all he supported me as a brother, not only as a step brother but as a real blood brother. So it brings me great joy to be able to support him in this important moment in his life.

I will admit I was sad when you guys moved to Florida, it felt like I was losing my brother and best friend, but after visiting you guys and talking with Levi I realized how happy you make him. Please continue to support him and his dreams, can’t wait to welcome you to the family.

Hello my name is Manny Pennell. I currently work full time at Enerfusion inc., a small business that manufactures solar powered tables. I am a Ferris State graduate, with my bachelors degree in psychology. I first met Levi and Claire through student government for Ferris. Levi at the time was the parliamentarian and Claire was a committee head. At first, I only had a few friends in the organization. As time passed, I started to gain more and more friends, and become familiar with more members. Levi, was the first person in student government that approached me and had a conversation that did not deal with student government issues. We became friends pretty quickly after that first conversation and he invited me out to a fraternity event.

Time moved our relationship from friends, to good friends, and then to brothers. When I first met Claire, she gave off the vibe that she was a stern, hardworking and confident young professional. I respected her for that because I knew that when it came to brass tax, she was more than capable of handling any situation. After getting to know her outside of a professional setting, I came to find her personality just as respectable. She is extremely personable and courteous to others, which is why it was easy being friends with her. Honestly, I don’t know two other people on this planet like them, truly unique individuals, and an even more unique and wonderful couple!

“Hello World! My name is Wayne and I was so very blessed to have met both Levi and Claire while attending Ferris State University. Both of them made huge impacts in my life and it brings me so much joy to see them happily in love. I initially was surprised to discover the sparks between the two but as time continued it clearly made so much sense, they were perfect for each other. I met Claire my freshman year of school. We were both in the hospitality program and very involved. Our first time really connecting was when we crammed five people into a car for a 10-hour drive to a conference and the rest is truly history. Continued:
