Our Story

First comes Love, then comes... Forever!

We have known each other since April of 2016. We met on Levi's 13th birthday at church in highpoint. Coincidentally we also went to the same pool during the summer, and ended up homeschooling for a few years together as well. All throughout middle school we were pretty much tied to the hip. The first time we said the words "I love you" was later that summer in 2016. At the time, being 12 & 13, that was a very bold choice of words. But somehow we knew that we would end up together in the end. We never put a label on our relationship until way later because we thought/knew at the time we were way too young. Despite not having a Label, we did everything together. This included football games, youth group, Zoo trips, hiking, movie dates, going to the park with younger siblings, and festivals during the fall months. We also made the decision to get baptized on the same day back in October 2017. We really did everything together. July 27th 2020 rolls around.... This was the day of our very first official date. We went to Green Valley Grill in Greensboro, and stopped for ice cream at Cold stone after. We were officially a couple... with a label! The excitement was there. We were each others first and only relationship and we were beyond excited to share our lives with someone we called ours. Throughout the years we continued to go to the UNC games, festivals, swim at the pool, and genuinely enjoyed our time together any chance we could. We did go through seasons of "trial and error" as a young couple, and we still do! But we have always held a strong faith in God and what his plan was/is for us. Somehow we knew that this was exactly where God put us. In our more recent years, we have made some courageous decisions to continue our life together and take bigger steps into adulthood. It started with Graduating High school, Attending college classes, and first jobs. This then slowly transitioned into being self employed. We're very thankful to say we run two self sufficient companies at this young of an age. Then bigger decisions came along, like serving in the house of God every chance we get, signing a lease to our first apartment together, and adopting our cats Cashew & Sushi. So far we love the life we have built together and wouldn't have it any other way. As we continue our life to this day, and forwards, we want to express our extreme gratitude to all of our friends and family that have supported and strengthened our relationship throughout the years. We are firm believers in community, and we know that is one of the biggest resources God gives us to connect with him. We are extremely thankful! Hopefully you were able to see a little bit further into what our relationship has evolved into over the past years. As we step into this very exciting new chapter of life, we want to be very clear on how much each and everyone of you mean to us. We thank you for all that you've done. Now, with that said.... Let's get MARRIED! #Cheerstothesears
