Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We understand that picking a hotel in a city as large as New York can be overwhelming! We typically stay in lower Manhattan when we visit; Chelsea, Greenwich Village, the West Village, East Village, and Soho are excellent areas with all our favorite bars and coffee shops. If you have questions or need help picking a hotel/neighborhood to stay in, please reach out, and we would be more than happy to help you scout hotels that fit your price point.

What transportation should we use to get to the wedding?

Answer

Unless you feel confident using NYC transportation, we recommend using an Uber or Lyft to take you to the park. From there, we will all walk to Bar Americano. It will be ~5 minute walk.

What should I wear to the ceremony?

Answer

Cocktail or semi-formal attire is recommended, and please remember that it will be a bit chilly out, so it might be helpful to factor tights or a light jacket into your outfit. This is a casual, elopement-style wedding, so don't stress too much about what you wear!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Yes! If your invitation was solely addressed to you, you're more than welcome to bring a plus one.

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

While we'd love to accommodate children, we kindly request that our ceremony and after-party are adults only.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We will arrive at the park at 11:15 am to greet guests as they arrive and plan to begin the ceremony around 11:30.
